For more than 25 years, I've delved into the realm of energy work, encountering numerous techniques that can be profoundly supportive to people. Exploring Reiki energy and establishing connections with angels, alongside learning various decks of cards, unveiled entirely new realms for me. I pursued training as a psychotherapist and was introduced to techniques of energetic psychology like MET. Later, I developed my own subtler method known as the MAN-DEL Principle following Krusel.

Running my private practice, I've conducted coaching sessions, held seminars, and trained individuals in diverse fields. In 2012, I embarked on a journey to Mallorca, where I spent over 8 years before finding my way back to Germany.

My experience has taught me that diversity is key. Together, we can regain clarity and find our bearings. No matter the subject, I'm here to help shed light on situations and bring clarity.
