An additional component of these terms and conditions is the privacy policy for the use of the website in its current version, including the presentation there regarding the type, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data. These terms and conditions also apply if the website is accessed from outside the Federal Republic of Germany.
With PrePaidCall, you can use premium services and other chargeable telephone services with conversation partners without having to use chargeable service numbers. After completing the simply designed ordering process on the website, the selected minute credit is immediately available to you and can be used with the respective conversation partners. 2.1 Use of Credit
After completing your order on the website, you will receive a PIN code that immediately grants you access to the ordered content minutes. The minute credit remains valid for a period of 3 years from the order. After the expiry of these 3 years, the credit automatically expires.
Customers can use free and paid services via the platform. Registration can only be done online and is free of charge. Through registration, a free platform usage contract is concluded between the operator and the customer. By using the paid content service, the customer enters into another paid contractual relationship separate from the free platform usage contract. The contract regarding the conversations via telephone comes into effect with the use of the content service, specifically with the establishment of a direct connection to our conversation partners.
3.1 Login
After logging in to the platform, the customer can view all data provided during registration and make changes, as well as get an overview of the content services used and the corresponding fees, and print this data.
3.2 Payment
Different payment methods are available in our shop.
3.3 Costs
Customers can use chargeable telephone conversations. The amount of the costs is indicated on the platform and before each telephone call via an automatic tape announcement.
3.4 Content
Customers use paid content that exclusively reflects the opinion of the respective conversation partners. The statements of the conversation partners are based solely on personal convictions, individual beliefs, or irrational views that are not comprehensible to third parties. The suitability and effectiveness of this content for achieving the goal desired by the customer are therefore not given. Information and advice provided by conversation partners are neither suitable nor intended to replace professional advice from members of certain professional groups. The conversation partners are therefore, among other things, prohibited from providing medical, legal, and tax information.
The contract is concluded in German. The operator stores the contract text and sends the registration data and the GTC to the customer in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
The commercial resale of the services is prohibited without the consent of the operator.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical data carrier if we have begun with the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the beginning of the execution of the contract through your consent.
